At Rood Tees, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we work with an independent company for on-demand printing, every item is made to order. Below are our return and refund guidelines:
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there’s an issue with the print (wrong size, wrong design, or printing errors), we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund.
To initiate a return or replacement:
- Contact us at support@roodtees.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please provide your order number and photos of the issue (damaged area, misprint, etc.).
- We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
Wrong Size or Change of Mind
Since each product is custom printed for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for size exchanges or change of mind. Please refer to our size guide carefully before placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate and offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us if your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time.
- Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but are missing. Please check with neighbors or contact your local post office.
Incorrect Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address during checkout, we cannot offer refunds or replacements if the item is delivered to the wrong address. Please double-check your address before completing your order. If you realize the mistake quickly, contact us ASAP to update the address before the item is shipped.
Refund Process
Once your return or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
